Bless Me Indeed 

Scripture:

1 Chronicles 4:10 (KJV)
“And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.”

Message

As we abide in God’s Word each day, we are reminded that we can come to Him with bold faith. Jabez did not allow his past, his name, or his circumstances to limit what he asked of God. Instead, he trusted the heart of God and prayed for blessing, growth, and protection.

This prayer teaches us that true blessing is not just about material things. It is about God’s hand being upon our lives. When we ask Him to enlarge our territory, we are asking for greater purpose, deeper faith, and opportunities to serve others and bring glory to His name.

Today, as you abide in His presence, do not be afraid to pray big prayers. Trust that God desires to bless you, guide you, and keep you. When His hand is with you, no obstacle can stop His plan.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, as I abide in Your Word, bless me indeed. Enlarge my territory according to Your will. Let Your hand be upon my life, and keep me from evil. Use me as a vessel to shine Your light and encourage others.

In Him We Live 

Scripture:

“For in Him we live, and move, and have our being.” — Acts 17:28 

Message 

There are days when life feels overwhelming. Responsibilities, worries, and uncertainty can make us feel like we are barely holding on. But this verse reminds us of a powerful truth: our very existence is in God. Every breath we take, every step we make, every moment we live is sustained by Him.

You are not walking through this life alone. God is not distant. He is closer than you think. He is the One giving you strength to keep going, wisdom to make decisions, and peace in the middle of chaos. Even when you feel weak, your life is still held in His hands.

Sometimes we try to control everything, forgetting that our security is not in our plans but in God’s presence. When you surrender your fears and trust Him, you will discover a deeper peace. Because if your life is in Him, then your future is safe.

Today, pause and remember:
You live in Him.
You move in Him.
You belong to Him.

Let this truth bring comfort and confidence. No matter what you face, God is sustaining you right now.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You that my life is in You. When I feel weak, remind me that You are my strength. Help me to trust You with every part of my life. Teach me to rest in Your presence and walk in Your peace.
